Display panel and charger

Hello Guys,
I just both a camper which was neglected for a long time and no battery in the home.

I have added a battery, but I don't see any readings on the display panel and cannot control anything.
Unfortunately I see some cables that seems not to be original. And the sticker on the box under the sink does not have labels.

I will really appreciate your help!

Send to me on Assistenza.tecnica@arsilicii.com a photo of control panel and another board on system and I send you the correct manual to check all connection.
