Unsure of connections

Messaggio da lochindaal » 19/11/2021, 15:51

I have a Rollerteam 700 (2007) based on the Ford Transit.

Under the driver seat, there is an engine start battery (rear) and an auxiliary battery (front). Under the passenger seat is the leisure battery. The manual provided is this one https://www.campingcar-bricoloisirs.net ... 029_EU.pdf.

1) On the control panel, it displays the voltage of the driver side auxiliary battery on B1 and the passenger side leisure battery on B2. The schematics in the manual (pic N4) show the Service Battery connected to the Motor Battery via Relay7. is this the case on my system or not and what does it mean by the Service Battery; Auxilliray or Leisure?

I want to add a trickle charger https://www.vanbitz.com/the-van-bitz-battery-master/ between the Leisure and Auxilliary battery but don't know what is connected where.

2) I have also added solar panels to charge my Leisure battery (passenger side) via an MPPT directly to the battery (90A/hr). If I parallel in a second identical battery will it damage the charger AL-C20?

Service battery is called "leisure".
You can install the trickle charger and you can make another battery on parallel but we suggest to install a device to charge and discharge separatly.
If you send me a photo of your fuse board at Assistenza.tecnica@arsilicii.com we send you the manual of your system.
