Ambulance HELP Please

Good day. I am writing to you from Ukraine through a translator. We have an ambulance, and it has a cabin control system that is controlled via LIN bus. Your logo is on it, so I am writing in hopes of your help. Everything stopped working, and on the main display in the driver's cabin, when the system is turned on, it immediately shows the error 'protect ERROR at e0812002'. Could you advise if there are any options to reprogram the central computer or if the system could possibly work without it? I would be grateful for your help. Thank you very much!!!
