Thank you! Even if we have an ArSilicii BC-520 and DC/DC Converter DCC-850 ín the System?

Hello, we have a Rimor Evo5 (Ford Transit) and an S-TTK Motorhome System in it. The system does not charge the strating battery if we connect the motorhome to 230 V network. It charges only the service battery. Is this normal or something went wrong?
