Controllpanel flashing red lights

Hello, I've had a problem with the control panel since yesterday. The two red LEDs are flashing and I no longer have any power for the lights and water pump. I can't switch on any devices using the 220 V connection either. According to the measurement, the battery still has 14.7 volts. What could be the cause of the problem?

Hello
You have a comunication problem. The problem caused by one (or all two boards) or on a cable. We suggest to go to a dealer to check the system.

Thanks for the reply. I was at the dealer yesterday and they checked the cable connections. They also installed a new battery. The circuit boards on the panel and in the EBL look fine. Perhaps there's still a problem with the relays? 14V is coming through to the panel. Do you know a dealer in Germany who can check and repair the circuit boards? Or can I still buy new ones? Thank you for your help.

Hello. Probably the problem is on one or all electronic boards. Check on roller team website where is a dealer to check the system. Normally the dealer have the part to change on your motorhome to find e where is the problem.

I've now tried to find the problem myself again to save money. What I've discovered is that the refrigerator doesn't switch to 12V when the motor is running. When I switch it manually, the battery symbol and a wrench flash. I think the D+ signal is missing. Which relay or component could be causing this?

Hello
The fridge is connect on fuse board. You need to check if you have the input signal on our board when engine run.

Hello again, I've now checked all the electrical components and can't find any faults. Could it be that the circuit board is measuring the wrong battery value? According to the instructions for the refrigerator and the panel, both indicate a voltage that's too low, but it's definitely 12.6V or higher. Which component is measuring the voltage?

Hello
The voltage is read on distribution box/poverlink (box near service battery). The voltage on control panel is the same of distribution box/poverlink (measures on screw).
If the voltage is different, the problem is on our main board.
